MY STORY
In my whānau, cooking isn't just a skill; it's a love language.
From the age of four, you’d find me in the kitchen with my mother and grandmother learning to perfect a classic chocolate chip cookie. By my teens, I was a familiar face behind the counter of our family café, serving up rich brownie, fluffy sponges, and celebration cakes loaded with love.
I launched Loaded Mamas on my own and found that baking beautiful cakes for my community gave me a sense of purpose beyond the joy of raising my three tamariki and managing a household.
Fast forward to today, we have Loaded Mamas — the realisation of a dream my friend Sarah and I whipped up during playdates. A vision of sweet treats loaded to the max with extra toppings which look good and taste amazing.
Beyond the wedding cakes adorned with delicate flowers and celebration cakes I create for your loved ones — I’m a Mama balancing the whirlwind of after-school activities, preparing family-friendly dinners, and whipping up muffins for school lunchboxes—all while three little voices beg to lick the spoon.
Baking is more than a passion; it's my life.
