Please note that your order will be confirmed via email, which will include payment details, banking information, and pick-up arrangements. Your order will only be considered confirmed once you've received this email and payment has been made in full by the required date.

In certain cases where specific items need to be purchased for your order, a deposit may be requested. Please be aware that no refunds will be given for cancellations made within one week of the order date or once work has begun on your cake.

Pick-up times will be coordinated at the time of invoicing, and we kindly ask that you arrive promptly. Cakes will be boxed and ready for transportation at our Shannon address. While we take utmost care in packaging, we cannot be held responsible for any damage that may occur during transit. We recommend carrying boxes from underneath, not the sides, and exercising caution while driving.

For your convenience, delivery services may be available for an additional fee.

Please note that Loaded Mamas reserves the right to decline any request, and any issues with your cake must be reported within three days of the event or pick-up.

In the event of a refund request, the uneaten cake must be returned within three days of the event. Unfortunately, refunds cannot be processed without the return of the cake.

Please be aware that Loaded Mamas may take photos or videos of our work for advertising purposes. These images may be used on social media and in advertising material after your event has concluded.

Finally, we recommend refrigerating cakes and allowing them to come to room temperature before serving, especially during the warmer months. For summer events, we highly recommend white chocolate buttercream or ganache.
